Making A Purchase
  • Please feel free to browse the web-site.
  • If you would like to purchase any items just add them to your shopping cart (you can always remove them later).
  • You can view your cart at any time to remove, amend or check your order total (remember it's free UK mainland shipping for orders over £250).
  • When you are ready to complete your order click on `checkout` and proceed through the next stage.
  • You will initially be asked for your personal information and then your preferred payment method. If you are paying by debit or credit card you will be directed to a secure server for this part of the transaction.
  • PLEASE ensure that you enter all information correctly. We use e-mail addresses to provide order confirmations, dispatch confirmation and to inform customers of any problems with payments or orders. Incorrect contact information may delay your order.
  • The payment option is a drop down box - please click off this before scrolling down the page otherwise this may change your payment method.
  • You can also pay by bank transfer or paypal.
  • Official purchase orders are also welcome, but only for orders placed by an actual club for 5 or more items.
Shipping And Handling
  • All of our shipping options require a signature at time of delivery.
  • We offer FREE delivery on mainland UK orders over £250 when using the standard shipping option.
  • Standard Shipping costs are at £6.00+VAT.
  • All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Delivery Schedule
  • We work with all of our suppliers to ensure that most items are in stock or readily available `to order`. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
  • We aim to deliver printed and embroidered items within 3 weeks following confirmation of order, but this is subject to change during busy periods at which you will be advised of an approximate delivery date.
Payment Security
  • When the order is placed at our website, payment is taken through PayPal. All this information which is sent to PayPal is sent securely (ie all the data is encrypted) so that even if intercepted by anyone while passing across the Internet, the information cannot be extracted. Only PayPal can decipher the data.

Returns Policy
  • If you change your mind after 7 days or you wish to exchange an item please return the goods to us.
  • Personalised or bespoke items (special order shirts, goalie smocks with names/numbers on them etc) cannot be returned.
  • Postage and packing costs are not refundable. We do not refund return postage costs.
  • All exchanges are subject to a new shipping charge.
  • If your initial order value was over £250 and you received free shipping and you send items back that makes the order value under £250 you will have a shipping cost deducted. This is because the value of the items that you kept no longer exceeds £250 and you are no longer eligible for free shipping on the initial order.
  • NOTE :Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. Items not returned in a saleable condition can be rejected.
Cancelling order
  • If none of the items within your order have been dispatched you can cancel your order by contacting us using our contact form which is in footer or by clicking here. Please include your order number and as much detail as possible.
  • PLEASE NOTE Personalised or bespoke items (special order shirts, goalie smocks with names/numbers on them etc) cannot be cancelled unless being notified in advance.
